Sandra (Sandy) Kaye Bowen has practiced law in Atlanta since graduating from law school. She has developed particular expertise in the areas of employment law and litigation, including the ever-evolving area of non-competition and restrictive covenants. Sandy has presented at and authored materials for employment law seminars on diverse topics such as the Americans With Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, the interplay between these and other laws and statutes; leaves of absence; mental health and emotional issues in the workplace; retaliation; protecting business interests through non-compete and other agreements; the employment process, including hiring; at-will employment, workplace torts, and avoidance of claims.
