Sandra Kaye Bowen is an experienced attorney who has developed particular expertise in the areas of employment law and litigation. Sandy provides practical advice to clients regarding rights and obligations under the laws including family and medical leave and disability issues; counseling, discipline and termination of employees; and the ever-evolving area of non-competes and other restrictive covenants. Sandy represents clients in negotiations, before agencies and in court when disputes cannot be avoided.
Ann Hale-Smith has devoted her practice exclusively to labor and employment law throughout her legal career and has extensive experience in all aspects of our laws that affect the workplace. She has substantial expertise in traditional labor law as well as the myriad employment law issues facing employers. Ann devotes a significant part of her practice to assisting companies who do business with the federal government with their compliance obligations under our affirmative action laws.
